Im going on a cruise for February break with my friend, and its my first time so im a little scared! can anything bad really happen to the ship?

What Carribean Cruise line should I go on with a group a young people?
Some friends and I are looking to go on a Caribbean Cruise for vacation. Anyone have any advice for which ships to look into. We’re looking for one with lots of young people(20-30 years old) to party with.

if not, where can i find the best deals on cruises (eastern Caribbean preferably)? when is the cheapest time of the year to go?
