Carnival is probably going to be your best bet out of Galveston. Anyhow check out travelocity.com, expedia.com, and other travel sites. Also sidestep.com is another great travel site. Then you can check directly on cruise websites. It should be really really easy. My favorite is the Conquest which used to depart from New Orleans but now departs from Galveston. Go to carnival.com and select "find a cruise".
